RPM Program Overview
Our RPM Program is comprehensive in fulfilling the CMS requirements to be reimbursed for performing RPM for Neuropathy patients on Medicare.
There is no cost to you or your patients.
Patients receive a temperature monitoring device that is used to take temperature readings on the sole of each foot once a day in the morning taking approx. 90 seconds to complete.
No socks or shoe inserts to wear.
If there is a 4 degree increase in a temperature point sustained for two days or more, an Alert is generated and the practice is notified.
Sustained increases in temperature are indicative of an inflammatory response which typically is a precursor to wound formation.
By monitoring high risk patients with Neuropathy, wound formation can be detected in the earliest stages and addressed.
Average net reimbursements are $40/patient each month.
Example: 300 patients/month = Approx. $144,000 net revenue/yea
